1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ITSoft-Tech website (itsoft-tech.netlify.app) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

ITSoft-Tech provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

Social media marketing and management
Graphic design and video editing
SEO and local search optimization
Shopify and WordPress development
Paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
eBay and Etsy store management
AI-powered marketing strategy

Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals or contracts before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and timely information, materials, and assets
Responding to requests for feedback or approvals within agreed timeframes
Ensuring they have rights to all content provided for use in campaigns
Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials shared during collaboration

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in the project proposal or invoice
Advance payments may be required before work commences
Late payments may result in suspension of services
All prices are in PKR unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for their project. ITSoft-Tech retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their original licensing terms.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, customer data, login credentials, and unpublished content.

7. Limitation of Liability

ITSoft-Tech strives to deliver the best possible results. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic numbers, or sales figures. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, and competitor activity.

ITSoft-Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Clients may cancel services with written notice as per the terms in their project agreement
Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced accordingly
Advance payments for work not yet started may be refundable at our discretion
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve managing accounts on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, etc.). Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and complying with each platform's terms of service. ITSoft-Tech is not liable for account suspensions or policy violations on third-party platforms.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from our website without permission
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and delivered materials become the client's property.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
